Polishing Cloths ???
Is there a recommended brand of polising cloth for brushed stainless bracelets? I have used "Cape Cod" brand for polished items with great results but read that they will mess up a brushed finish. Any recommendations ???

Cleaning up of stainless is generally done with varying grades of scotchbrite pads. I have tried it on some of my less valuable pieces and it works great, just need to use a straight edge, go in the grain of the stainless, and go lightly.
Again, this was on watches in the $2 to 4 K range, not sure I would be doing it myself on a more valuable piece. |
