If this is a 1016: bezel is not the usual profile; layout of the dial is unlike what I am used to seeing, and it appears relumed with hodgepodge of hands. Lugs show somewhat random polishing and maybe some bending??

At a minimum, the hands are re-lumed. But I’ll let those who know more about the 1016 weigh-in.

the dial looks terrible and doesn't correspond with any of the known dial variations I am familiar with, and then there are those hands, I'd walk away from this, quickly

Wrong hands for a 1016, should be longer and the ROLEX on the dial looks suspicions.

COULD be a later service dial with the ends of the 3 rounded off but the numerals look a little thin for that. Regardless, there are too may weird variables with the watch in general to take a risk.
