If you can't get a 116610LN why not turn your 116613LN in to one

All you have to do is change the bracelet bezel and crown I know the hands and lume markers are yellow gold but who's gonna notice that.....

The premium on the 116610LN is not even very much. You could probably do a direct trade if you have a 116613LN anyway with pretty much any gray dealer.

I have heard of people doing stuff like this, right now on Ebay there is a SS 126610 being offered with a blue bezel, which makes it look (practically) identical to the all white-gold 126619. It is your watch, people can do what they like with it, but personally, I feel it transitions it in to a Franken-watch, I wouldn’t do it to my Rolex. Then again, there are older GMTs being sold with all three available bezels. Hey, whatever floats your boat.

Yeah, I figure someone had the hands replaced at some stage.

I don’t know for certain if RSC would or would not use chromabright for service hands on a five digit. I suspect not, but don’t know for sure.

Don't forget the bezel (gold) and the insert (gold text/markings).

Agreed. At least in terms of modifying a watch to get it to look like another watch that could be had as a factory original.

I have a little more "sympathy" for those watches put together in order to get a configuration that Rolex never offered, but still looks good. The steel Daytona with the steel-colored dial that someone here did, for example.
