Sorry but it looks like a replica to me because of the wear on the “gold” on the bracelet. Others on here will have more knowledge than me though. Is there a serial number shown anywhere?

Rolex never made a two tone day date.
Regardless, it was your grandfather’s watch and that hopefully means something. Fakes and replicas are not discussed on this forum and expect to see thread closed or moved to the appropriate section. Good luck. |

My instinct tells me you knew it wasn’t a Rolex. It’s only valuable if you plan to sell it. So keep it around as a reminder of your family. If it brings a smile, it has value.
