italian rolex style bracelet

Hi, new here, my wife has an 18k gold 26mm datejust 18k, a new 13mm bracelet is nearly 12,000 gbp. I wish to buy her a new one as it has worn very thin, it was a wedding gift many years ago. I am now retired, so with the exception of those who say, " sell it etc , etc", i would like to buy her another. There is an italian company who make good aftermarket ones. Can anyone tell me their name or who they are please ? I am i am in the u.k.. thanks in advance, kind regards.
