Some of us know a 5-digit Sub is a winner by design - but what if it is made in YG?

I vote yes.

I don't understand what you're asking. The 16618 is made of YG, and its amazing.

Do you really wear it on the outside of your sleeve like that? Never seen that before...

It’s a fair question for a denim jacket - but it made for a great image IMHO.

My input is ALL Subs should be worn on the cuff - i.e., cuff of a wetsuit!

Yes; yes!

Who could argue with your pics!

I have a year 1992 and a 2006, both away getting case work done, to be as good as new. One for me and one for my son.

on the YG gold watches is the yellowish date window (and day indicator on DD) utilizing a yellowed disk or is it from natural ageing?

I’d like to know this also?

I have a black dial one myself, it’s the best 5 digit watch there is for me I moved on all the others. Really feels substantial compared to the tinny bracelets on the steel models during the same era.

Don’t have a pic unfortunately it’s been a while since I’ve worn it! Need two links

I’ve spent enough money on links to buy a watch this year

That's nice. I grabbed a rootbeer gmt a few years back and it's really pulled me away from SS and into gold. Those examples are gorgeous. I wish a full rose gold Sub existed.
