Have anyone feel the different when winding the watch specially the 116500 vs all other Subs or GMts. Just to confirm that not just me. Thank you in advance.

I’ve noticed a difference between 31xx movements and the newer 32xx movements. The newer movements have a slightly coarser feel than the older ones.

My 116500LN and Datejust winds smoother than my 116610 and 126710BLRO; the Sub and GMT are slightly coarser.

The 32 movement feels comparatively coarse and gritty. It's normal.

I actually have the reverse experience and do not know if this is unique to my watch. My 116500 winds with much more "resistance" than my other 2 Rolex watches.

It is less gritty when it has stopped but still much more noticeable grittiness/resistance than winding my Explorer or Sub for example.

Different mechanicals will naturally feel different.
Also the winding feel can be quite different between or after services.
