Grand Seiko Warranty Service Experience?
I got the new Green Bamboo in September and, since I got it, it's running +15 to +20spd. I messaged my SA and he said to bring it in to them, but, they're almost 2 hours away.
I got on the GS website and it looks like they don't send pre-printed FedEx lables for shipping like Richemont brands do. Does anybody have experience with Seiko/Grand Seiko on warranty service? Turnaround time, customer service, etc? Interested in your experiences. TIA! |
