Pelagos to CK859 trade

Would you trade the Pelagos for the CK859 plus £1000? I do love the look of the CK859 but it is probably a touch on the large size (7 inch wrist). I'm very tempted though. All opinions welcome.

Which ever makes you happiest is the one to go for. If that means trading the Tudor the I say go for it.

which pelagos. if it is the blue black lhd then this is an incredible trade as those only have like 2500-2700 in sale value on the 2ndary (if you are selling to a dealer).

the new 39 is probably 3300 or so. the marine national maybe 3500. either way i think you come out ahead dollars wise.

that said only do it if you like the ck859.

Thanks all - I should have specified it is the new Pelagos 39. I really like the Pelagos - the specs are perfect - but for some reason haven't fully bonded with it. It feels a little sterile/soulless to me but maybe I just need longer with it. The CK859 is probably more my style.

The new Pelagos 39 is selling for around 5k pre-owned and more for new in the box. It is all about what you want. Based on your comments about the Pelagos the answer would be yes.

Value wise, I think that’s a fair trade IMO.

The CK859 is very nice - but try it on as it wears larger than it’s specs as the lugs are flat and don’t curve down (my experience).

Yes! I have 7" wrist and it is a perfect size at 39mm. Great watch to own, and discontinued.
