Datejust Bezel on a GMT Master II?
Hi all, I'd like to know if a 41mm smooth Datejust bezel would fit onto a GMT Master II ref. 126710. I'd like to go for a Brando-ish look, and since the 126710 case is different than the 1675, I figure a smooth bezel would approximate that look a bit better. But before I go through the trouble of sourcing a Datejust bezel and take the bezel off of my GMT Master II, I wanted to know if that would even work.

Yes, I seriously doubt it would fit. Two completely different watches in terms of size and dimensions. GMT has a bigger case and bezel. DJ has a bigger dial. Plus, I have a DJ41 and a GMT. Brando's Col. Kurtz character didn't have a domed bezel on his watch during filming of Apocalypse Now.
