Looks great - the stitching and PVD buckle make for an interesting & colourful overall look.

Clive, you dint get that from me haha.

I chose the PVD over brushed as the the brown absorbs the PVD and stands out less. I felt that brushed metal would keep bringing the attention back to it (buckle) as opposed to one's sight moving up and down the strap without interruption.

The stitching on the top of the keepers is a neat touch - matches the the run of stitching along the strap. Saif, you obviously put a lot of thought into this strap

Thanks Clive, I did ask him to not stitch horizontally at the lugs and for a not too vintage strap as I am not a fan of the stains, tears and creases. He did a great job.

Next time slightly longer perhaps ?? +5mm on the buckle side and +10 mm on the tang side ??

Chris, I would have liked longer but did not know how to relay that and I wanted to first try a regular size. Next time ill definitely order the specs you mention.

His work is good but I had a lot of trouble getting the pins in.
His products are goo but I had trouble.
The tube area that goes between the lugs is too wide. I had to literally huff and puff to get it (both straps) between the lugs but then had to fiddle and play around with the strap till the pin went in and locked on. This all took me about 30 mins.
Is the PAM312's lugs narrower than on other models?

You'll get used to putting the straps on. It took me 30 minutes the first time I did it as well. There's a formula to it and after a few times it will take you only 2 minutes.

Awesome strap and thread color combo! You have to place the strap at the end closest to the case first, then pull it towards the pin holes. The area closest to the case is wider then the area where the lug and pin holes are at. After that, you have to make sure the holes are align first before pushing the pins through them. Hope this helps.

Long, thanks for the tip and yes it does make sense. The area close to the case is wider, so push it in there and then pull it "out" till it aligns with the holes. Gotcha!
