I have the photo stored on my mac and upload directly. No issues.

Easiest is using Tapatalk and uploading directly. Tapatalk works with and iPhone or apple tablet. It allows you to choose your photo from your photos and pretty much does the rest. I still use photobucket but since there is no iPhone app for it, I only use it with my Surface and camera. I use Tapatalk when it's a phone image.

You can upload directly via an iPhone on iOS 13.

You do need to resize the image to TRF specs, though.

I use Flickr since Imgur is blocked at my office.

Choose the size you want and paste the .jpeg link into the window, easy
