New straps

Picked up a few new straps for my 5524G, let me know what you think. Love the vintage leather look with the brown and thanks to Ninja for the matching blue PP strap!

I modified the vintage looking straps to accept the quick release spring bars - not the best job but I think it will be secure. Would any of you be worried based on what you see?

I like them, can't go wrong with a classic black leather with white stitching, I've bought one for my D500 and it can also go on my new SMP.

Its actually blue, matching the dial color. Thats whats great about this combo - with that strap it almost makes it look all black (dial and strap) except under certain lighting angles.

That is true, dial also looks black, so you get an all blue and all black combo.

I would periodically check the strap to make sure sweat and wear has not degraded the strap to a dangerous point

I modified the stock strap to take a tag heuer deployant, really enjoy the dialed in fit. I really think the tag style deployant is the best system for leather.

Nice strap choices and I agree with you about the Tag Heuer deployant. It's much better for dialling in the fit, I wish Patek made one like it.
