Batman is alive and well

Reading the many “is it safe” threads, I feel I must be the luckiest person on Earth.
Batman survived a 19 city Iberian Peninsula tour by car that entailed 2,600 miles of driving and 9 different hotels.
It was even daring enough to stand in the middle of a runway and later get its “piece of the rock”.

So if you are traveling to any of these places, know Batman conquered them and is alive and well.

Oh, BTW, not a soul noticed my watch, or cared to, that I could tell.

I haven’t travelled anywhere where I wouldn’t wear any of my watches.

Good on you

I think you are taking his point too literally.
Why on Earth go there other than to possibly die?
BTW, I have been there but was lost. Never again and coming from someone that grew up in Newark, NJ and was regularly in the South Bronx.
Scary place indeed.

Exactly my point. I wouldn't travel anywhere where I feel unsafe.

If I can't take my loved ones, I'm sure as heck not going there at all, so wearing a Rolex would be a moot point.
