Rare 1960s PATEK PHILIPPE Gift Paper Weight.

I just found this supposedly rare "PATEK PHILIPPE Novelty Horse relief Paper weight" on Ebay. It looks very interesting but I don't know if it worth's to bid or not. What does anyone thinks ?
Item ID is 323991871630.

As It says in the text:
Quote:
Patek Philippe's Stern President at that time was an artist and he loved horses very much,
So he created a special paperweight in memory of the late Yuhachi Ikeda (1886-1963),
Who was the leading figure of horse sculptures in Japan, specially during World War II.
There is Y.I. carved in the paper weight which indicates Yuhachi Ikeda.
There is Also Patek Philippe's special Logo carved on the paperweight.

Who do you think was the Stern President behind this? An Artist Horse loving president of Patek Philippes ?
I researched but couldn't find much. is there a possibility that it was Henry Stern?
