So many incomings

Is Rolex shipping more watches or are the ad's releasing more to drive up Christmas sales?

Can’t answer your question. But, my AD just called me about 30 minutes ago and my new Submariner just came in.

There is a lot of product being shipped now. All the ADs I know are pleasantly surprised.

My dealer told me a couple months ago they expected a “Christmas Bonus” shipment in addition to their regular ones. I’ll ask next time I’m in what they got.

All the VIP’s are getting their Christmas presents lined up so it would make sense that there will be more incomings during the Holidays.

I was in my AD last week and they advised that they had received their last delivery for 2019 that day and there wasn't much on it, their next delivery isn't due until January 2020. So I guess that a bit of luck is required on what your local AD receives from Rolex.

I just bought my first Rolex at an AD and they didn't have a very big selection. Mostly just variations of the DJ which I don't believe is a "hot" model right now. The only had 1 sub (all gold w/ black bezel I believe).

That to say, I agree it's probably just hit/miss or maybe production is catching up a bit?

Just spoke to the lady at the ad and she fed me the same story she’s been feeding me. “No one is getting product”. So I called her out on it. Probably not a good idea but I can’t stand it when someone just lies. Never getting the Batman I wanted now. Oh well
