The most beautiful DAY-DATE...

...and Rolex discontinued it.

Day-Date 36, 118238

Amazing Rolex green. What's your favorite Day-Date?

It is nice, I still prefer the classic dial on the DD.

I prefer champagne in the 40mm size. The classic. Deconstructed Romans or Champagne Indices are a toss up and it would be hard to choose one over the other.

White dial is best
Champagne is too hard to read

Yes champagne. Although I could go for a white dial 118238 too. Idk which one I will buy, depends on the inventory of my AD. They are a smaller family owned one.

My first thought was, why would Rolex discontinue the black stick DD?

Then I read the description.

I'm always confusing certain shades of green with shades of grey and black.

It's frustrating.

That's nice, but champagne w/baguettes or rg and chocolate w/ diamonds and rubies for me, please. Oh, and 36mm, of course.

I’ve been a fan of the rose gold lately. But man, that green dial is so killer.

It looks so good, I don’t even mind that it’s not 40mm.

If it were 40mm, it would be in the running. Didn't realize it was discontinued.

This right here, precisely, exudes elegance and is the most classic of all time. I’m not even a yellow gold kind of guy but would own this in a heart beat. Pure class, looks great kind sir!
