No Date Sub

My AD offer me a 114060 in March.
Should I take it ? Lot of people say the sub gonna change this year..

If you like the watch, yes. Sub may change and if it does it will be hard to get a new model for awhile.

Say they do release a new submariner this year. What is your projected wait time? Evaluate if a bird in hand is worth 2 in the sky.

I've had mine @2.5 yrs now, love it just as much as the day it was sized. I usually say don't wait but you'll be waiting anyway so make your decision then. Even if a new Sub/mvmt. comes out for better or worse the now latest 3130 mvmt. will always have it's own advantages. A new 70hr. over 50hr. power reserve sounds nice but resetting the time is a snap anyway for a 3 hander with no date. Also remember > the 3130 is and always will be a fabled, proven workhorse caliber/mvmt. No worries...

Buy it if you want it. Even if a new sub is released, which no one knows if it will be, it’ll be impossible to get for a while.
