Does anyone have a good connection/sales person at the raffi jewelers flagship store?

Their sales reps are off the charts complacent

Knarr is a much better AD in my experience

Was quoted a long waiting list at Knarr, i dont think raffi has official waiting lists

I try to stay as far away from Raffi as possible. Horrible associates at every location I've come across. Vicki @ Knar was pleasant to work with. Damiani in Woodbridge is also great.
