Daytona dial

My Daytona is the discontinued model 116523 with the dotted tachymeter rather than the triangular wedge and numbers all reading the same way rather than going around like you would see on the newer models or a turnograph.

My question is, when it comes time to have a new bezel will they replace it with the same style as I have or the newer version? I assumed it would be the same becouse it's for this particular model... and personaly I prefer this one.

If you need a bezel replacement you must have done some considerable damage!

Yes it's always like-for-like i believe.

No damage, they just can't clean it anymore without grinding off the engravings. It's perfectly fine for now but it's an option they offer that I will probably take them up on the next time it's serviced.
