Rolex Service Center.
Just got off phone with Rolex and going to get an estimate from them. I was informed this service is free. What will they be doing during this time? I am allowed to wait while being performed.
Thank you. |

Are you visiting the Dallas RSC in person? If so, just ask them at the counter. They’re pretty transparent when it comes to the estimate process.

They do a cursory inspection and some timegraph readings. The estimate will be generic - if they find something major after they begin, they will inform you.

Went today. I was early. Tightened a screw and said watch does not need any repairs at this time. In perfect shape.
Noted scratches on band and case, but said bezel was scratched. There are no scratches on my bezel. Oh well super happy with a good bill of health! |
