Dj36 116233

Hi all.

I'm thinking of swapping an explorer 214270 mkii for a DJ36 116233 silver dial as my daily driver.

Am I making the wrong decision ?

Cheers
A

If you can, go for the upgraded 126234.

Depends, do you like the 116233 better? No issues about durability with the two tone so go for it if you like it.

Oh my bad, I looked up the references didn't see it was TT. But yeah, if you can I would go for the upgraded one. The lugs are sleeker, in my opinion better looking.

The 116233 has the Super Jubilé bracelet (hidden clasp) I would go for a black stick dial, it has a more decisive look. On the newer 126233 the dial options are much less, only a couple of dials without diamonds.

Only you know the answer to that. It depends on a variety of factors like preference, watches already in your collection etc.

Agree on the 39mm Explorer as dislike the proportions of it

I also have a 116233, but with champagne dial. Second choice would have been white dial, then silver. Regardless, they all look great; especially with the Super Jubilee bracelet w/ hidden clasp. Can't go wrong with any of these.
