Black Bay is fictitious, a marketing name.
Tudor relaunched itself in 2012 and needed it's own identification for it's previous Submariner, diver watches. That new identity for it's diver became Black Bay, and the tribute watch, the Black Bay 58, directly related to Tudors first dive watch, launched in 1958.
