Both are great. The measurement that matters is lug to lug and neither case does the lugs hang over your wrist bone. Both are sport watches and so are sized appropriately as well. I also think think an aspect not talked about is watch in relation to size. I also have a small wrist but am 6’1. The watch should fit comfortably, but I would avoid going too small especially if you are over 5’9.

If you want to look pretty silly go for 40; otherwise stick to these, your wrists are on the small side.
