Explorer 214270 MK II Macro Shots

Just taken with phone camera and 20x loupe. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't too many imperfections, as I expect them with Rolex. There are some flaws, but only visible if I bump up to a 30x loupe.

Now, I don't condone using a loupe to hunt down flaws but I do condone using it to appreciate the watch further. Use your loupes responsibly, gentlemen!

Wow nice work.

Is it just me or is the rehaut misaligned? Perhaps the angle?!

It's not just you, unfortunately. The rehaut is misaligned but I don't really notice it on wrist because it's not the super sized rehaut like on Rolex's dive watches. I figure I can always get it fixed when it comes for servicing, just I'm not one of those people that finds it bothersome to get taken care of now.

Nice photos.

I'll say that are very nice watches indeed...until you get too close.

My BLNR is misaligned. Doesn't bother me as I never look at it.
