Absolutely stunning. I'm waiting for one myself. I've had chances to buy a black and white face but it's just not the same. Blue face is far more attaractive imo.

My Sky-Dweller's fluted bezel flashes moving points of light into the gf's left eye when we are driving and the sun is coming in the driver side window.
It annoys the crap out of her. I love it.

Congrats! Availability to consumers has much to do with whether an AD would rather sell a particular model to a grey dealer at a slight premium, a customer at a slight premium, a "VIP" at retail, or anyone else. If Rolex continues to produce and supply 800,000 pieces per year and decided to allocate less production to SS Sport models, it does not explain the empty cases. One would expect to see an overflow of DJs and PM models, which seemed to be the case a year ago. However, now those are trading at premiums or at retail on the secondary market in abundance, while ADs have no clue on when inventory is coming... so they say. Meanwhile, ADs are requesting 50% deposits with a 2-10 week projected delivery date.

Your wait times are not normal.......
The top three most difficult Rolex to get are....in my opinion this order... Daytona Yellow Gold Green Dial Blue Sky Dweller Daytona White Dial Your timing was good.........just how it goes sometimes...you could have asked your AD for that Blue Sky Dweller two years ago and your wait was then 25 months....again, timing is part of it. Congrats! Scott |

Congrats. It’s a keeper. Love mine, seems as if there are a lot fewer SS sky dwellers blue dial than SS Daytona’s white dial...

Thanks! Totally agree the SABR, SARU, RBOW etc. gem set pieces are on a totally different level! Unfortunately most of these aren't available as part of the regular consumer catalogue

Julis, never believe anything an AD says really.

The SA’s reply will most likely be “of course sir, would you like one in Black, White or Blue, just let me know and I’ll run back to the safe to get you one” |

It was the opposite for me.
I had to wait ages for my blue Skydweller. Like 14 months since I asked for it. I asked for the yellow gold green dial Daytona in late November and got it within a week. |

Its becoming a trend tbh. Last september looks like rolex have unloaded deepsea Dblue coz most of my friends got one including my self and now the SkyD blue dial. I hope daytona next white dial for me. Congratulazione by the way thats a great complicazione to add in your little colleczione!

Congrats you have a beautiful watch there that few of us will get a chance to own.
With respect to rarity, meteroite dials on the GMT, DD, or woman's datejust are almost impossible to obtain. More than one AD has told me that they only have seen some of these in pictures, never in person. |

Most ADs receive far less blue SD than Daytonas. What he’s telling you isn’t true elsewhere. Meteorite Pepsi is harder to get than any of the ones you mentioned
