Congrats. Law of reciprocity working at its finest.

Wonder how many folk would still visit the ad if the ad lost his Rolex concession.....bet most wouldn’t still pop in for a random chat or send gifts to their ‘friends’ anymore...

Do people also realize there is a pecking order with the gifts the give?? A box of chocolates or good bottle of wine may seem like you are doing something to gain favor down the road, but that may not be enough to the SA when their other customers are gifting them a few hundred dollar gift cards.... or more....

Classy and generous of you.

Pecking order is relative. Most people don’t think about their SAs and give them nothing. So, just the fact that you thought to send a card or drop off a modest gift demonstrates courtesy and appreciation.

Sounds transactional. Which is great.

Would you still drop the gifts/bribes in if your AD lost his Rolex dealership status

They should be giving me Xmas gifts considering how much I've spent there in just this year alone.

I did send them an email wishing everyone a merry Xmas and thanked them, which i never received a reply.

Whenever I get something new, I give my AD a bottle
of something nice to say thanks.
