Ghost Hand? Newbie here

Got my first Rolex - ExplorerII Black 16570 am month ago.

What are we "ghost hands" , Phantom hands etc?

On the last model check out the orange hand, it had a bit of black attaching it to the center pinion. It appears to float, although it really doesn't if you look closely.

Here you go only on 1665 freccione and on the new instant classic 216570 black dial. It make it rare now.

Nope not on your 16570. Enjoy your watch OP, I have the same explorer and imo the best iteration. Next is the new black 226570.

I like the white gold hands on the new 226570 black dial. Very legible like the GMT’s. I’ll buy one if offered by my AD!
