Font thickness on 226659
Hi all,
Last year I purchased a Yacht-Master 226659 from an AD and love it. I have a small question as this has been bugging me lately. The font on the dial looks a fraction thinner on the top ROLEX print than on stock photos. Am I just being OCD with this, or are subtle (and I mean very subtle) differences expected between the same models if put side by side? I'll try and post some pictures soon once I find a good reference. Hopefully it's just the macro images I see online that make me feel that my dial font it's as nice. Cheers |

If you got it from an AD, I'd have no concerns in regards to the legitimacy of the watch.
Rolex is widely known for the subtle dial font changes, and on some models, multiple differences. Enjoy your watch, and TRF!

Nice to know that there is variance within the same model. Cheers |

What's your problem? I've collected watches for over a decade and this is my first new Rolex. I had a question about the dial and one of the nice members here had a good suggestion.
Condescending comments like this is what gives forums like this a bad name and turns people off the hobby. Your posts seem to have a history of just insulting people for no good reason. Grow up. |
