BB58 on bracelet no doubt. Others are too big for you.

I think you're the only one who can answer this question --- and it seems like you already have. If you think the 58 is too small, then it's too small. If you think the Pelegos, even with the same dimensions as the SMP, is too big, then it's too big. You may just have to chalk it up to neither of these two watches really being for you.

At the end of the day, no amount of people online commenting on your wrist shots is going to change your feeling about it.
Wow I read this and thought I was in therapy getting the answers I crave to my watch addiction - and it all made perfect sense!!

Well put

I agree with most that the BB58 is the best fit.

In a hobby/interest where a dot on the bezel (think speedmaster) can determine the success or desirability of a watch, a millimetre case difference (think submariner), can cause nations to go to war.
The truth is anyone can wear any size of watch (within reason) from a 36mm to a 46mm large watches even work women with tiny wrists.

The caveat is that it depends on the function and the look you are trying to achieve.

Both watches (and probably 99% or the current watch production) will fit you and look fine, do you think anyone is going to notice or say what a fool for choosing an Omega, because it's 2mm too big?
Just choose the watch you like based on its aesthetics, complexity, functionality and usage.

A watch is the only piece of jewellery a man can legitimately wear, so make it a statement about you, not a statement about what everyone else thinks.

You can't go wrong with either choice ( and I know as I own both)
