Just hear me out
Panda Daytona on a oysterflex.
Has anybody tried this? Can you share a pic? If Rolex ever does that I’m sure it will just make the demand for it even more mental to an already crazy market. Even if the retail price goes up, the market will support it. What do you fine people think? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Do you mean the stainless on oyster flex? Because the current white gold oyster flex is more of a panda than the stainless. I’ve considered swapping my oyster to a leather or oyster flex bracelet.

SS "panda" daytona on OF?
i've seen similar on RubberB or Everest black rubber straps. Personally, I'd pass on it So i won't be one of the going mental over it, which i'm not sure it would happen |

As much as I wear many of mine on rubber I oysterflex works best on the PM models. Everest doesn't do the trick?

I would do it but i would never buy it on OF. I would want the bracelet if it’s SS. For PM, it makes more sense to buy it on OF only, there is quite a price difference.

Lots of folks here have put their steel Daytonas on Oysterflex, most use Smarty endlinks. The biggest problem is sourcing them, at least in the US, Rolex frowns on selling parts, especially for a model that didn't come that way.
Here's mine. And no I don't think Rolex will offer Oysterflex across the board. |

I once knew a guy who raced with us at Road Atlanta (and elsewhere) - he put a SS exotic-dialed panda Daytona on a bund strap…
It can be carried off methinks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

It's a moot point. Rolex will never do a stainless watch on OF. One thing Rolex never does: go down-market from its current offerings. Adding a rubber strap to a steel watch would be seen as such, as it would reduce the price of the "base" model within a given range. It works on PM as it gives a median price point between TT and PM bracelet, but it doesn't reduce starting the price of the entire lineup.

I would just add an Everest in any color you like depending on your mood. OF only comes in black and then you also need to source the end link adapters.
