OP36 vs OP39

Had an OP39 and sold it due to the proportions being all wrong for that style of watch.

Not only was it the proportions but people also ate up the new movement and power reserve differences. In the Rolex world in general people want the latest and the greatest much more than the older models.

Loved all the opinions and insights. Clear takeaway is the movement grade and higher demand (given the supply constraints) for the OP36 (new) and OP41.

In true Rolex style, I do feel OP39 will return as a trend one day. It’s almost impossible to forget a short lived Rolex (2015-2020).
