I quite like it. The colors are very unique and cool. Only thing I’m not entirely keen on is the numbers, I suppose they have their purpose, but just a bit in the busy side.

Pics dont do it justice, a great every day piece. But I decided to trade mine recently in order to get an SD43. Different watches i know, but im glad I did the trade.

I don’t think it’s ugly, love the colours, the green really pops. Just not sure I ‘get it’. Pilot’s watches are supposed to be all about clarity and I think the dial is confusing.

I would prefer sequential 1,2,3,4…

Not a big fan. The green + yellow combo doesn't do it for me. That said it's an interesting, different piece in the Rolex lineup.

Ugly is a strong word - I don’t notice any laying around unloved in AD cases.

That dial has many elements to make it busy.

Well….there are nicer dials. It might be in the running but if most were given one, we would grow to love it. Maybe like a chihuahua or hairless cat or something.

This thing is just lazy and below Rolex standards imo.

It's just the 3-6-9 Explorer dial/OP dial with some extra numbers printed on. It has no heritage, not really any inspiration. Looks like a cheap Chinese knockoff.

I'm sure it's well built. The design is just utter last minute thrown together garbage though.

Rolex can do much better. I can almost guarantee they're working on the next generation pilot's watch right now and it'll look so much cleaner and more thoughtful.

PS: The Z-Blue Milgauss is my favorite Rolex dial by a mile.
