My First Rolex!!!!!

Well I got tired of waiting for three local AD's to come through, for over a year...maybe one day one or all three will call with something of my request list....my luck all three will call same week instead of being spread out, over time, and I'll only be able to afford one

So I ended up buying this 2018 SD43 complete set to tide me over...I think I did well?...crystal is mint, and only slight wear to the clasp and bracelet...I got if for a little less than current msrp at 2022 AD prices....I was offered this from a trusted gray dealer I previously bought my Omega Speedy from..man the 43mm is big compared to a submariner, but it looks good on my neanderthal size wrist :-)

thanks guys for the kind words!

Another question would it be worth sending into a RSC to be given a once over and clasp polish before its 5 year warranty expires in May of 2023?..or better off not bothering, if running good as promised.

Congratulations. If all of my watches had to go except one my SD43 would be the last watch standing. I like the size, dial, red text and the overall fit on my 7.5-7.75 inch wrist. Nothing wrong with the Submariner and I own a Hulk but right now I am all in on the SD43.
