Which GMT out of these 2?
Like to test the waters to see what people would pick between the following GMT’s given the chance.

Tried the root beer out. Was nice at times, but the brown is too light, like a milky brown. Got it because I didn’t want to wait for the BLNR. I tried the Pepsi on, I don’t get the red and blue. So waited for the BLNR and love it. Out of these two, the less of two evils for me is the root beer.

Root beer. More beautiful and then I don't like red in my watches.

BLRO for me. I wanted the modern take on the classic Rolex colorway.
The CHNR is beautiful but it doesn't suit my style unfortunately.20220106_133512.jpgIMG_20181115_131117_041.jpg Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

In order of preference, I’d go BLNR, CHNR, BLRO, VTNR. And definitely on Oyster. The CHNR is the one two tone watch I do like - something very warm about the colour combination. (I can’t look at a BLRO without thinking Timex and I’m sure the VTNR is great if you’re left handed. But I’m not.)

BLRO is my favorite watch. I owned a CHNR for two months, never bonded with it and traded it back to my AD. For me, the BLRO and BLNR are "tool" watches as I wear they everywhere and am in the aviation industry--as a former military pilot and now commercial pilot.
I like all GMT style watches but the CHNR for me ranks after the BLRO and BLNR. |

Which GMT out of these 2?
After having worn one a while now, I prefer the BLRO personally but it’s very close. I think the CHNR in RG/SS is a stunner. Make it available in a Jubilee configuration and I would pick it over the BLRO.

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=853801 Came out roughly the same as here, 1 in 3 people prefer the CHNR |

What I actually picked was both of them. It took a few years and some patience. They couldn't be more different yet the same in fit, comfort and functionality. The TT CHNR is the "easier" of the two to obtain and that's where I started. If I had to let one go I'd keep the BLRO but I don't intend to do this.

One new and one vintage?
PS thoughts on the CHNR on a black alligator? I’m still trying it out this way. _____________________________________ 1957 Oyster Perpetual Date white 6518 1964 Explorer gilt 1016 1967 Submariner meters first 5513 1968 GMT Master long E blue/red1675 2020 Daytona TT black 116503 2021 Deepsea Sea-Dweller D-Blue 126660 2022 GMT Master II black/brown 126711CHNR |
