CL 72 200 clasp

I may be able to source a clasp that has this number stamped inside. It looks in pictures that the easy link control spring bars(I think they are spring bars) are rusted. Is this an easy replacement? Also, able to tell from the number what watch this belonged on? Has polished center links. Thanx.
