DJ41, Is this normal?

I was setting the time on my DJ41 and for the first time while I was winding it counter clockwise it made a continues clicking sound. I only have the watch for a little more than a month and never really notice this before. Is this normal or maybe I didn't hear it when winding it before. I just wind my AK and it does it also but sounds a lot less. Could it be something with the new 3235 movement on the DJ41 that is sounds a little louder?. Never really put it near my ear while winding so maybe it fine I just didn't listen carefully when winding it before..

My DD has a much more pronounced "clicking" sound when it is fully wound than other Rolex models I have owned. It might have something to do with the different architecture of the 32xx models but I am just speculating.

Ok, cool. I feel a little better now. Just never really listen while winding before because of surrounding sounds like a TV or music. Thanks.

Are you hearing this sound while winding or setting the time? Normal when winding if the movement is already wound full. Not normal if you hear something while setting the time.

There is a distinct clicking sound when unscrewing and rotating the crown counter clockwise.

Both my DJ41 and my father's make the exact same sound.

This same question has been asked my myself and others several times.

Nothing to worry about OP.

Only heard it while winding not setting the time. It was on a watch winder for about a week and I was setting the time because it gain 5 seconds while on the winder. Must have been fully wound when I was winding it earlier. I think it's not going back on the winder..

3235 movement will click in either direction when you unscrew the crown and in the winding position. So yours is normal.

Was it 5 seconds for the week or 5seconds a day

5 second fast for the week. When I fully wind it and don't use the winder it keeps great time for around 70 hours. :)
