Phillip Ridley CW21
My A89**** 16710 Pepsi died last month while hacking and setting the time, the mainspring let loose. I spoke with Phillip Ridley of https://ridleywatchmakers.com as I was traveling to AZ and will be in his part of town during Thanksgiving. The professionalism, courtesy and response was unbelievable. Every call and email was responded within hours! When I arrived in Phoenix we arranged a meeting and I was given an extremely professional evaluation and a written estimate of the repair. It was understood I wanted a full service with a new Pepsi bezel and requested to keep the old faded one, I gave the OK to repair/replace any internals as needed and he found a couple. Turnaround was less then 2 weeks!!! I wore my GMT on the way home.
We both agreed right off not to polish It is running well within CSOC spec at +1. I Cannot give a higher recommendation to Phillip at ridleywatchmakers.com He will have all my future business, family and friends too.

Thanks for the feedback. A competent, independent watchmaker with a Rolex parts account is becoming more of a prized commodity.

Beautiful watch Steve!
I couldn’t agree more about Phillip Ridley. This summer he repaired and serviced my 1980 TT GMT Master when I began to have problems manually winding it. It’s now easily the most accurate automatic watch I own also running at CSOC +1. Not bad for a 42 year old watch!
