Minute Hand Not Moving After Setting Time

This morning I set the time on my 126613 Submariner. After about 5 minutes, I realized that even though the second hand was moving, the minute hand had not moved since I set it. I then reset it and everything was working fine.

Is this a normal thing to happen? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening? I am wondering if it had something to do with how I pushed in the crown when I was done setting the time. Thanks to all.

If it's running normal now forget about it,but if it happens again or watch does not keep good time possible hands loose on hand stack then it needs looking into.
