The new AK is a great looking watch - if my AD ever calls me about one, I’d struggle to say “no”!!

It’s my most complimented watch.

I waited just a few weeks. I initially turned it down in favor of waiting for another watch on my wish list. I changed my mind and was told it was gone, only to get a call 2 days later that they had found one. I'm guessing others turned it down. This was last May. I love that it's different from my others.

I had the first one (116900) which was my first rolex. Sold it once the new one got released and received it 3 weeks after asking my ad for it. Didn't wear it due to always wearing my BLRO and didnt gel with it so sold it.

Its a nice watch but i don't regret selling it.... However I do regret selling the 116900 just because it was my first ever rolex.

Love mine - if you like the way it looks - I recommend purchase it wears great. Not too heavy and perfect size.

The AK 116900 was my first Rolex and I would never sell it being my first right after retiring. I promised myself that I was keeping it until death due us part. I sold my DJ41 my second Rolex or other watches, but my AK 116900 is staying. First Rolex to ever use the Rolex colors on the crown and text. You either love it or don't that's subjectable.

Great pair! May I ask what strap is this?
I always strugle to find NATOs or other straps for 21/19mm watches.

It does look nice, perfect size, one of the few toolish offerings from Rolex. Only thing I don’t like is the shiny bezel, which makes it less like a tool watch and more like a silly piece of jewelry
