Explorer 2 Polar
I am excited to finally pick up the explorer 2 polar!
I was able to get this at retail for my local AD. Last year I was able to pick up a green bezel Sub and have been patiently waiting for the explorer 2. My AD only allows 1 steel sports model per person per year apparently so I was happy to get this thing and thought to share. Sorry for the poor quality photo. |

Congratulations. These were my first two Rolex watches (albeit the previous versions) and they compliment each other beautifully.

Congratulations, excellent choice, ignored by the new breed of Rolex investors so underrated and reasonably obtainable.

Congratulations.
How long were you on the wait list? I requested a Polar Explorer 2 five years ago and still waiting. However, my AD did sell me a Pepsi which wasn’t even on my list at the time as I thought it was unobtainable. That polar dial is beautiful and overall a great looking tool watch. |

Congrats! Recently got one as well. It will be my casual and vacation travel watch as lower key for a Rolex.

terrible photo, fantastic watch! envious.
i have been 'on the list' (cringe) for one for about 10 months with a useless branch of Watches of Switzerland in London (if there is a good branch i am yet to visit one) but i think i am going to splash some cash on a Tudor BB 58 if a new one gets released at W&W next month, as expected, and put this on the back burner. And if i get 'the call' from WoS, and if i dont have a cardiac arrest from shock, i will pony up the cash somehow and get one at last. |
