NWA ~ seiko 62mas goodness

Hey gents,

Been a long while since an incoming but I’m still @ it. Visited my good friends at Topper in CA where they introduced me to this gem. In case you haven’t heard, small is in again. 38mm pure slate grey sunburst hotness. This sje093 fixes a few of the things I moved my sla017 on for. Was too thick for its size. Not this one, the proportions just work. Now, as far as the strap, it’s comfortable but too long for me so I’ll be on the hunt for some 19s that match well. This dial is bananas in the sun. To the pics!

Looks good. The original strap is way too long

Looks nice, how do you size this? Is it the kind of thing where excess just hides behind the clasp? Too bulky underside? It does look nice and mesh is fun. Beads of rice could be good too…..

It’s pretty slick, it clamps down on the strap so infinitely adjustable (no holes) the clasp is very compact it makes me question why others are so bulky lol

Got mine from Toppper yesterday. I am really enjoying this watch.

I have a wrist that is a little bigger than 6.5" and the size is perfect. My current 3 watches in rotation are a 14060m, 5 digit datejust and a 38mm Aquaterra.

I was a little surprised that the SJE "looks" smaller than my Aquaterra, prob due to bezel etc.

The strap is way too long for me and I have an Uncle Seiko 19mm tropic on the way and looking for other options.

It is a great watch and there is really nothing that interests me for 2-3x the price.
