Punching of holes for Panerai

I took mine back to an AD and they could add holes to the strap. The problem was that they weren’t able to align the holes properly.

In the end I just ended up buying a custom strap with better dimensions (my issue was the strap was too long)

i see, the strap is too long for me too. AD also suggests getting another strap but I wanna check out other options first :)

Punching holes ruins the strap in my opinion. Just buy another strap that fits and put the strap that does not away so you can put it back on the watch if you ever trade or sell it.

They only have certain lengths so a custom one would likely fit better

Why punch? Get a few new straps of different color or texture. Panerai is meant to be dressed in nice strap. This is what makes Panerai unique
