How do you guys minimize a photo to fit the requirement?

It seems like every time when I try to upload a picture, it will be too small to the point that the picture doesn't look crisp like other OPs. What tricks do the people here use to put up such nice pictures of their watches? And also pass all the KB requirement. Thanks in advance.

I’m on a Mac, and through Preview all you need to do is adjust the photo size so the height or width is no greater than 1250 pixels, and then save the file size to about 290KB, but not above. That’s it.

Just follow the instructions on the popup window for the various file types. A lot of people use the tapatalk app to upload pics as it will make you images conform to the specs for his site. At least I think. I use Photoshop…

I find it quite impossible to upload images using laptop. So I snap a quick wrist shot on my phone and use tapatalk to upload at medium size

On my iPad it asks when I use a photo from it if I want to keep it the original size (large). I always choose the medium size which falls within the parameters of what can be used on the site

Mine used to do this until recently. Something changed recently, at least on my iPad (18.1]. Appreciate any tips if it’s something I’m doing wrong as it’s quite frustrating…thanks!

I use an app named “Resizer” on Apple devices.

Very basic and easy to use.
