Beautiful! I'm looking at getting the 41mm, however, I'm hesitant because I find the crown very stiff to wind. Is yours the same? Given I'd be wearing it in rotation, this is a concern for me.

Mine is not stiff to wind, feels fine. I was gonna get the 41, but 43 literally does not feel or look any different. I got mine in Tokyo, which I suggest if you ever go get yourself a watch.

Great watch! I have the 43 in the same configuration and love how it also turns blue in certain settings.
Mine has the stiff crown, but does not really bother me at all |

I am struggling in my decision between the 41mm and 43mm Navitimer.
I have a 7" wrist and both look okay. I tend to like smaller watches (most of my watches are 36-40), however, as a aviation watch, aren't they supposed be be larger? I know the classic Navitimer is 46mm and is out of the question big. My Speedmaster (42mm) and Panerai (44mm) seem big for me, however the Navitimer does wear differently.

In my Navitimer sizing struggle, I have learned that the original size of the Navitimer was 41mm.
This information may make this decision easier...
