How long does it typically take to wait for a datejust 36?
I have recently registered with an AD. Just curious will it really take a year?

It seems most of these come out geared for the lady's market with gems and diamond indexed dials, etc. A silver stick dial on fluted jubilee or the like, rarer and harder to get.

What spec? Your AD would have told you approximate wait based on this.

I was told 3 to 6 months, possibly a year, that they could order it. Fluted bezel, jubilee, blue or mint green dial.

Op, depends on the size of your AD, the green is hard one especially in that combo,
the blue will be easier one of the 2. 3-6 months sounds about right, the bigger AD chains maybe sooner. I would suggest try a few ADs in your area, you may get lucky and the blue is available in stock. The smooth bezel is more available in both colors. DJ in the larger sizes are becoming more available in some markets. Happy Hunting and good luck. |

I’m now 6 months in waiting for a 36mm DJ green dial on jubilee. I suspect this will go on much longer to a point where I may just take my money elsewhere.

Last year, it took about 3-1/2 months to get one for my wife. It was two-tone rose gold, fluted, jubilee, white dial with sticks.

Told AD I was interested in 36 fluted, jubilee, blue face in late October 2023. Watch was on my wrist mid January 2024.

I ordered one last year and received it within 6 weeks. Depending on configuration wait time may be different. Ordered silver dial with jubilee braclet.

They’re tougher to get than you’d think. SS sunburst blue dial, WG fluted bezel on Jubilee took me about a year to get from an NYC AD who told me it would be much faster. Picked it up in September this year.

You've got more change of guessing how many grains of sand there are left in my car from taking my dog for a beach walk last week, than accurately answering this question.
