My first one

I’ve been wanting a 5226g since it came out. Was really looking to buy from an AD, but nearest one is 3 hours away. Reluctantly, I prepared myself to just go gray, but I happened to run into a friend that lives in the Northeast.

We started chatting at a football game, and I mentioned to him how much I was looking to get a piece from the brand. He was nice enough to reach out to his sales associate, and within a month I had my beauty. Can’t stop looking at it, and hope it will be the first of a few more.

Congratulations. Beautiful watch. One of my favorite Pateks.

How does it wear? I've often wished it was 38mm and not so large lug to lug.

My wrists are on the smaller side (6.75in), but the lugs do not stick out past my wrist. The angle of the pic I posted makes it look like it though. Doesn’t wear too big for me.

Congrats. You got a great Patek that’s not overhyped.

I think that's a really nice piece. Congrats. I also think it's one you can have a lot of fun with insofar as straps are concerned.

Yeah, it’s definitely not a hype piece. I just fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Thanks

Speaking of straps, does anyone have any ideas. I’m new to the brand.

Thanks

With a white gold case and a black face, the world is your oyster. You really could do just about anything! I personally love love nubuck.

Delugs makes lovely straps.
