It would depend on my purpose for the piece. To me the DD is much more dressy, and would be used in that environment. The Daytona, while in PM, is the more sporty option.
My lifestyle does not support either, so none of these for me. |

If that DD was 36, I’d take it but since it’s not, listen to your username.
The 36 green ombré is my fav DD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just did. Had expressed interest in the 126519LN Ghost; with an unfortunate miscommunication was offered the reverse dial (black with steel subdials). I've always gone by the attitude of never settling, and the reverse dial just didn't sing to me. I told them I'll probably be remembered as the only guy to ever turn down a Daytona. Remains to be seen what the future holds.

Tough choice. Really can’t go wrong either way. I keep swinging back and forth on the response like a metronome. Lol

This is a tough one. For someone else to wear, the DD. But I can't pull off a full yellow gold Rolex, so it'll be the Daytona for me!

if you offered both at retail which one would you buy and my answer for that would be the yellow gold green ombre Day date. From what I can tell the day date yellow gold green ombre is very difficult to come by they don't put many of them out there plus while both watches look awesome the yellow gold with the green ombre day-date tops the list because of the Rarity of it

I would say the for the Daytona OF this is the rarest/ hardest dial to get as well in the OF lineup. The golden dial with full black sub dials is in the realm of the SS Daytona in terms of difficulty if you are looking at that perspective. I would dare to say the Daytona OF is harder to get at retail hence the grey market price being equal to the green DD despite being 10k less at retail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just keep thinking how fire that Daytona would be with that DD dial.

Day Date, but I'm not a fan of the black dial.
