My 127 Fiddy

Thinking of letting this one go, only because of the size and my getting older

Not sure anything really compares to the long hands and massive domed crystal.

Perhaps a smaller Radiomir, thoughts on this possible
change up?

Oh boy … I don’t think there’s anything to substitute for that one

That’s superb. Have you thought of dropping down to 44mm? It makes a difference. I never found a Radiomir was enough as a single watch, but worked well when I had 2 others, a 112 Luminor & 024 Submersible. I had a 210.

Personally, I would see a future regrettable moment. Then again, get what you like and what fits you best. If you decide to sell it, send me a PM, please.

A very special watch and one I would be hard pressed to let go. I have chased the 127 for years and could not find the right one based on prices and kit. I have had the 422 several times and it has scratches the itch without the money investment. I am off Panerai, again, but will be back, maybe.

Keep it. I’m missing mine lately. It’s around just out for service along w the 372. It’s been going on 2 months too.

There is no “substitute” for a 127. So, I would first try a Radiomir and then see if that is enough to scratch the Panerai itch.

Good luck with the choice!

Keep it. Add a 233. 44mm with 1950 case and domed crystal. Could also consider a 390. Simple, clean dial w, gold hands. Like others I miss my 127.
