Brad,
I was stationed in Curacao. Stop by at any Little Switzerland and/or Gandelman Jewelers location. They are all over the Caribbean. Have fun! |

Brad, I agree with the above........I have bought a Breitling from the Little Switzerland on Curacao and got a decent discount. I honestly didn't price Rolex at the time, but considering the discount they were giving on Grand Cayman last year............I would bet you can do better in Curacao than you can here in the states.

I have not been to Curacao but, I was in Panama about a year ago and didn't find Rolexes priced any cheaper than here in the US. Therefore, it made no sense for me to buy it from there.
My advice: save yourself the hassle and buy it locally, lots of benefits with that. Now, if you get a stellar of a deal......then go for it! |

Brad,
I would think you should be able to buy a Rolex here in the states cheaper than anywhere in the world right now, being our economy is still in the dumps! Good Luck!

Everything is overprice there and everywhere in the Carribeans IMHO but if you love shopping while your on vacation than why not? But I believe you can get a better deal here like other have stated.

I appreciate all the comments......last year when I was in St. Thomas I bought a Sub...no super deal, but fair...just a treat. I have to agree that buying here is probably the best right now......when you are on vacation and walk in to an AD...It's awfully tempting to walk out with something, at least for me. Anytime you walk out with a Rollie on your wrist...you dont even think of how much you paid for it. Thanks for all the input guys

The USA today is the cheapest place to buy a Rolex used by far and new as well.
